Although insurance plans are not accepted for services at Golden Hour, there are plenty of options available to you. Payments for services can be made via cash, card, or Venmo. If you find the cost of services to be out of reach, a reduced fee schedule can be discussed during initial consultation.
Initial Assessment: $225
1-hour Session: $175
Discounts are available for both cash payments and/or by prepaying for services.

Meet Your Provider
Amanda has a Master of Social Work degree from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Briar Cliff University. She is licensed as a Social Worker (LMSW) in Iowa as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). Her career has included roles as a clinician in a group practice, Program Director for an outpatient treatment center, and private practice therapist. She has also provided educational training on mental health and substance use to youth and healthcare/law enforcement professionals. As a clinician she uses a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and somatic work to assist clients with healing and reaching their personal goals.
